are employees of IBS Services, Inc. The Company
and all PSOs reserve the right to refuse service
to anyone for any reason. All fraudulent payments,
including but not limited to unauthorized use of
card, use of stolen/lost card, non-legitimate chargebacks
and NSF checks, will be pursued and prosecuted
to the fullest extent allowed by law. The original
charge as well as a $30 collection fee will be
recovered. Your card will be billed as IBS Services,
Inc. unless otherwise stated on the order form.
